Dr. Sanders is a caring physician, loved and respected by all who know her. She has provided obstetric and gynecological services to patients in Tulsa and the surrounding area since 1990. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Alaska, in Anchorage, Alaska, followed by her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She came to Tulsa, Oklahoma to complete her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology with the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Sanders began her private OB/GYN practice in 2001, offering excellent surgical and diagnostic care, as well as routine screenings and preventive medical support – all a relaxed, sensitive, and woman-centered environment. She stays current with the very latest medical information so that she provide her patients the most informed treatment options and ensure that they receive the highest quality care possible.
Dr. Sanders’ professional track record has given her a very high standing in Tulsa – nurses respect her for her kindness, fellow practitioners admire her core values and medical expertise, and patients love her for her compassion. She makes time to listen to and address the individual needs of her patients and she has surrounded herself with a caring staff that does the same.

Her compassionate philosophy of childbirth has earned her the respect of thousands of mothers throughout the years. They sing her praises because she can make “delivery” a truly beautiful experience. She maintains a solid reputation in Oklahoma for trauma-free delivery room experiences.
Dr. Sanders is board-certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), and an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, Oklahoma State Medical Association, Tulsa County Medical Society, and Tulsa County OB-GYN Society. She involves herself extensively in volunteer work – dedicated to providing abortion alternatives to women facing unplanned pregnancies via the Madonna House (a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Tulsa) and MEND Pregnancy Resource Center in Tulsa.
WIFE, MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER
Dr. Sanders is married, and with her husband Bill, has a family of five sons, one daughter, and five beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
